Large and neat rooms had facilities required. The hotel's position was amazing and incredible right next to cafés and bars. The main shopping center and shopping malls were right next door.

Beautiful hotel with lake views over the lake and efficient staff. Large beds, terrace, it's own balcony, and so many space in the room.

Location is incredible and gorgeous, on the actual lakeside. Stylish and freshly decorated rooms complete with 50 channel TV and 3 bunks, as example.

The room was twin, and we had a particularly nice view of the lake. The bed was extremely comfy, enjoyed it, and the staff were extremely friendly people when done by one staff member who was excellent.

The location was good and amazing for Taupo, short walk to the lake to the snow-capped mountains and the center. Btw, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Hot Water Beach. The rooms were stylish and well heated, included a lounge area, Wi-Fi, and good Internet, I really enjoyed it. The bed was very comfy and the food was reasonably priced.

My room was lovely modern and well heated with coffee & tea making machines, a fridge, and kitchenware.

Gorgeous hotel with fashionable rooms and efficient staff except when done by one staff member who was excellent. A lot of food available in the café. Stunning and fantastic location, cafés and bars right next to the property. Found in a good part of the town.

We stayed on the top floor with a balcony and a view of the mountains. The room decor was lovely and we appreciated the coffee maker and DVD player. The location was perfect for our weekend activities.

Units with an excellent view. Incredible location of the hotel to the south were snow capped mountains. We saw Hot Water Beach, that's just a short walk away from the venue.

Location: the hotel was so close to more out of the way areas ignored, the lakefront with beautiful views across the lake to the mountains and a cafe next door, and the waters edge with a view to the mountains. The atmosphere created was family. Liked the great modern and well heated room on the top level;)))

Hospitable, efficient staff, top location so close to right on lake and private, and the waterfront with incredible, unobstructed views of Lake Taupo. Also, to National Park. Large room, comfortable bed and large bathroom.

The rooms are neat and large and complete with comfortable bed, pretty good soundproofing too-important. The location is amazing and incredible, truly enjoyed to be right next to some leisure places, we've visited cafés and bars. The hotel is in the good zone.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, right on the shores of Lake Taupo. The views were breathtaking and I loved being able to easily access the lakefront path through a gate. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, as well as the terrace and dining table where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay for families.
